He has 9 years of formal coaching experience developing established and aspiring executives in multiple business sectors, and more than 35 years of leadership experience as a civilian, military officer, and commander. His professional journey spans three continents, five countries, and a wide variety of functional areas, roles, and responsibilities. Randy left executive life in 2023 to focus on helping others by offering coaching, consulting, and training services, as well as speaking on leadership, team success, and motivational topics.
